The Traditional Swedish Massage: This most well-known and widely practiced form of classic massage uses a light touch, long, flowing strokes and gentle transitions designed to warm and relax muscles in preparation for such techniques as kneading and applying medium pressure. This treatment will relax, revitalize and renew your body. Benefits include increased blood and lymph circulation eased tension and energetic revitalization.

Hot Stone: Enter a state of pure bliss as smooth warm basalt stones bring increased circulation and relief to your sore and aching muscles. Careful stone placement combined with soothing massage using these stones as therapeutic tools, encourages a sense of incredible deep peace and contentment.

Deep Tissue Technique: A therapeutic treatment aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and connective tissue. While using many of the same techniques as traditional Swedish, the pressure is more intense and focused as your therapist works to release chronic muscle tension. Alleviate discomfort while addressing problematic joint and muscular areas with focused medium to firm pressure.

Clinical or Therapeutic: The Therapeutic massage is a customized massage designed to help relieve pain, reduce stress and work on a specific problem using just the right amount of pressure, which could be a firmer or lighter touch. Cold Stones may also be incorporated with this massage.

AromaTouch®, dōTERRA’s proprietary massage blend, brings together the unique benefits of essential oils known for their relaxing and comforting properties. A combination of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit and Lavender essential oils make a perfect blend that adds many important benefits to various massage techniques. This popular blend is a vital part of the dōTERRA AromaTouch® Technique, an aromatic experience for applying essential oils to the whole-body.

Chair Massage: Seated massage with typical duration of 10 to 15 minutes for head, neck, shoulders and arms. Great for a quick tension and stress relief. This is also an option for those individuals unable to be on the table, or those with medical or emotional issues preventing them from enjoying much longer massage. E.G., those with dementia, individuals on the spectrum, attention deficit, etc.

Relaxation Massage: Our Relaxation Massage is a type of massage intended to be soothing and stress-relieving much like our Therapeutic and Swedish Massage. The difference is the different techniques your massage therapist may use for relaxing therapeutic experience, the pressure maybe lighter, and we offer longer time for the fully relaxing effect.

Pregnancy Massage: Our Pregnancy Massage uses a specially designed bolstering system to give you the comfort you deserve. Pregnancy massage improves lower back pain including sciatic nerve pain by addressing the tight muscles in the affected area. Prenatal massage increases blood flow and helps release the tension that can be brought on naturally by pregnancy.

When your feet, legs, and hands start swelling during pregnancy, it is often caused by reduced circulation and increased pressure on the major blood vessels. Massage can help stimulate the soft tissue, move the extra fluid, and reduce the swelling, leaving you feeling more comfortable.

Prenatal massage offers a natural, safe, drug-free alternative for pain relief. This is beneficial since the use of medications is limited during pregnancy for the safety of your baby.  The increased blood flow to your tissues and the relaxation your body will experience during and after a session can significantly alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Getting good quality sleep becomes harder and harder as your pregnancy progresses. Prenatal massage relaxes the nervous system and releases feel good hormones. This will leave you more relaxed and let you sleep better.

Prenatal Massage can help you have an easier delivery, not only because it can reduce your overall stress level but also because of how well it can keep your muscles toned and relaxed in advance of the start of labor. Studies show that women reportedly had shorter hospital stays, shorter labors and less incidence of post-natal depression when receiving massages.
